Notes:

• All prices are inclusive of gas, electricity and VAT where applicable
• For hire: travel Cot, High Chair, 2 x Beach Chairs, Hair Dryer - £10 per item per week
• All vans have microwave ovens and are equipped with duvets and linen
• Laundry room on site
• Dogs Welcome £25 per week or £5 per day
• Horses £75 per week or £15 per day (subject to availability)
• Cheques made payable to J.M.ECCLES
• Early Booking for the peak season is strongly advised.
• £75 Deposit requiried when booking

Terms and Conditions

1. No booking will be accepted unless accompanied by a booking remittance of £50 per week per caravan: THE BALANCE OF THE CHARGE MUST BE PAID AT LEAST FOURTEEN DAYS BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE HIRE PERIOD. In the event that the payment is not received by such date the right is reserved to re-let the Caravan and the deposit will be applied to expenses incurred. if the re-letting cannot be arranged the hirer will be responsible for the balance of hire.
   
2. Bookings will not be accepted from young all male or female parties.
   
3. Any persons causing excessive noise or nuisance to other holiday makers on the site will be required to vacate the park with no refund given.
   
4. The number of persons occupying a caravan must not exceed the number of stated berths.
   
5. The booking form is to be signed by the person who is responsible for the booking.
   
6. All bookings are from 2pm on the Saturday of arrival until 10am on the Saturday of departure.
   
7. A key deposit of £1O per caravan is payable with the balance of the money. This is returned on the day of departure provided there axe no breakages or damage and the accommodation is left in a clean and presentable condition, as found on arrival.
   
8. We must be notified in writing by Recorded Delivery of cancellations. If you have to cancel your holiday due to illness or injury, or due to death of a close relative, any balances paid will be refunded, provided a substantiating certificate is received at the earliest opportunity (e.g. a doctor's certificate). The deposit you have paid will be held in credit in full, for you to enjoy a future holiday with us within 12 months of the holiday booked.
   
9. The hirer undertakes to observe the site rules for the time being displayed on the site
   
10. Well behaved dogs are welcome (see Price List), and must be kept on leads at all times within the park. Dogs must never be left in caravans unattended. Accidental fouling must be removed IMMEDIATELY and binned or buried.
    
11. Due to fire regulations only one car per van is permitted to be parked by your caravan; Other cars by arrangement
    
12. All the caravans have a toilet and shower, refrigerator, cooker, duvets, bed linen, colour television and FREE gas and electricity.
    
13. The proprietors shall not be liable in the event that accommodation is not available due to circumstances beyond their control.
    
14. You use Ocean Lodge Holiday Park at your own risk & the proprietors will not accept liability for loss or damage in respect of your vehicle, equipment, or personal valuables, property or personal injury.
